“What do I have”
I am a 19 year old and I am a light smoker. I have a sore throat and a wet cough. When I breathe, I am wheezing. I also have a fever and feel very weak. When I blow my nose, there has been blood present on the tissue. This has been going on for about 4/5 days now.

You should see your doctor. Get a throat swab and a good listen to you breathing. He should refer you to a chest X-ray. Could be just about anything infectious with COVID as the most likely culprit. TB should be ruled out, and you could have a debut of a latent asthma.
