“What is the end result of depression?”
I am a 39 year old female. I want to know what is the end result of depression?

The most common result of depression is that people get better with time.
Hopefully, if treated properly for an individual, one is able to strengthen and prevent future episodes, including a greater awareness of possible stressors and multiple interventions.
