“What’s the first test you would do?”
Extreme bloating, constant belching, only able to eat bland food and water, painful insides and feels like ripping apart sometimes, nausea most of the time, yellow poo, urinating often. Generally fatigued so sleeping a lot. What would you do in regards to tests and diagnosis?

Conditions: Take codeine, gabapentin, tramadol for previous pain due to 2 strokes

Sounds like you may have had an enteric infection and then irritable bowel following this. You should start with a basic work up with blood tests: CBC and CMP. If you haven't had a colonoscopy then you are due for that too.
