Voltaren gel
Capsaicin. It is available as a cream in two different strengths - 0.075% and 0.025%. Try the lower strength first. Apply three times daily.
Ointments are generally not a great treatment for heel pain. But Voltaren Gel or various analgesic creams and ointments MAY help to some degree. But it would be better for you to see a specialist for an appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.
Voltaren is the most anti-inflammatory
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options.
