“Why do I feel like I need to poop but cant”
I’ve been sitting down all day and I’ve had period like cramps but I have been off it for a week. I feel like I need to push something out but nothings working.

Not sure what this could be. I would need some more information. For example, where do you feel the cramps exactly? Do they come and go or is the pain constant? What are your usual bowel habits and have they changed?
