I am a 15 year old male. I want to know why do I hear voices in my head at night?

This is a very difficult question to answer but needs to be evaluated if it’s a persistent problem.
Probably your inner conscious. If the voices tell you to do bad things, you can't control it, or it affects your day-to day life, I would tell your parents (I would tell your parents regardless).
There can be multiple reasons. You need to see a Child Psychiatrist.
That is tough to answer without more information. I advise you to see medical attention.
