Why does my daughter have green crust on her nipples?

My daughter has a green crust on both of her nipples. Apparently, it has been there for quite a long time, at least since she was 11. She hadn’t thought it could be anything until she had a lesson on breast cancer at school. She says they don’t hurt but can be itchy with certain clothes. Is this normal, or should I book an appointment for her?

There is a natural discharge of the breasts particularly during puberty among females. This should be easily washed off while bathing. If not, see a doctor.
