This is determined by the examination and possible X-ray and MRIs. The question is; is the tilt due to functional problems or is it structural? Functional responds well to treatment. Structural can only be modified as the structure will allow.
Hello,

Yes, definitely.

Hello,
Yes, chiropractic can help correct pelvic tilt, along with stretching, exercise, and strength training.

Thank you,

Yes. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule. A good healthcare practitioner will be honest with and if any red flags appear, he or she will tell you. It could be an alignment posture issue, it could be a muscular imbalance, or structural. The solution approach will be natural without any side-effect complications.
Yes, a chiropractor would be an excellent place to help your pelvic tilt.

Pelvic tilt tends to occur when there is an imbalance of muscle strength between the abs, low back, glutes, and hip flexors. This can be treated very successfully with Physical Therapy or Chiropractic.
Yes. A chiropractor would be my first choice when looking to correct pelvic tilt. PTs typically do a great job of providing exercises for pelvic tilt as well. In my opinion, the chiropractor and the PT are a great combination for pelvic tilt (and many other musculoskeletal ailments).
