Can a chiropractor help with vertigo?

I am a 38 year old female and I have vertigo once a week. Can a chiropractor help with vertigo?

Typically, yes. It’s something we get results with in our office.
Vertigo can have different underlying causes, but there has been many successful cases where chiropractic treatment helps resolve if not significantly decrease vertigo episodes.
Some can. They must be familiar with the ear and upper neck head issues
It depends on the source of the vertigo, but Chiropractic may help.  I have been able to help many people over the years, but if it is of viral origin or a tumor, then no.
There are many causes of Vertigo. The culprit is usually the ear. A Chiropractor may do an evaluation on your ears including a neurological exam to test your balance centers. There are also conditions that will cause vertigo including cardiovascular conditions and Meniere's disease.
Yes.
Vertigo can be treated with Chiropractic in certain cases, depending on the cause. I recommend asking your EENT (eyes, ears, nose, throat) doctor for a diagnosis as well.
