Chiropractor Questions Disc bulge

Can a chiropractor fix a bulging disc?

I'm 20 years old, and I feel like I have a bulging disc in my neck. Should I go to a chiropractor to fix this?

Chiropractors typically get great results with disc issues.
They can address it. The disc is not what is causing the pain, it is the inflammation.
Many simple disc problems can be alleviated by appropriate chiropractic care. My recommendation would be for an examination that included several x-rays of the neck area. Based upon exam results, an MRI may also be appropriate.
To be sure of a bulging disc, you need an MRI. Many Chiropractic offices use a spinal decompression table to decompress the spine. Spinal decompression takes the pressure off the spine.
Yes, you should get checked by a chiropractor to see what your options are.
Discs are designed to last about 150 years without issues if we take care of them properly. 3 major factors can affect the health of a disc: inflammation, misalignment, and the amount of time one or both of those factors have been present. I would recommend a thorough examination by a chiropractor to confirm whether it is a disc issue, with the proper imaging to support the diagnosis.

No! Chiropractors adjust the spine for subluxations causing nerve interference, can doing this help with damaged disc ? Yes
Yes, I would get a Chiropractic examination to help identify the source of your issue. I recommend going to a Chiropractor who utilizes Cox Flexion-Distraction technique. It may also be warranted to get an MRI to confirm a disc bulge.
