Does sleeping on the floor realign your back?

I am a 39 year old female. I want to know if sleeping on the floor realigns your back?

Sleeping on the floor does not align your back. You should have a firm, but comfortable mattress.

It may relieve some of the tension, but will not realign it. Check with your local chiropractor about maintenance care if back issues are a problem.
Sleeping on the floor does not realign the back. If anything, lying on a surface that is that hard can cause misalignment, especially if you happen to turn to your side. Think of Goldilocks! Not too hard, not too soft.
No, not at all.
Sleeping on the floor on your back may help to correct the overall curvature of the spine, but it will not realign your spine.
