I am a 48 year old female. I want to know how can I fix my forward head posture while sleeping?

If you want to help to improve the forward head posture while sleeping, start by sleeping on your back with a smaller pillow or a small neck roll supporting your neck. You should also begin doing neck extension stretches and exercises. Strengthening the upper back muscles such as the trapezius and rhomboids will help to bring the shoulders back and the head will
follow. Don't forget to stretch the chest muscles as well. There are soft fulcrums such as the deneroll to help bring back the cervical curve. Keep working on that posture!

You can help your forward head posture at night by using a cervical pillow or a rolled up towel under your neck. The discs in the neck become more pliable in that position and real change can occur in just a few months. If you can’t sleep in that position it’s still beneficial to lie like that for 20 minutes every night at bedtime.
You can sleep on a Cervical corrective pillow to put the proper posture in your neck when you sleep. I also recommend not sleeping on more than one pillow.
