Hello,

I would not try to re-align the foot on your own, it should be done by the chiropractor.
Wear arch supports for flat feet or a high arch. Adjustments can provide some relief.
The best thing to do is see your local Chiropractor. Following adjustment, consult to determine if you have a pronation problem where the foot will regularly go out of alignment often due to fallen arches. Orthotics may be a solution to hold the alignment for much longer and prevent future issues.
You may need to get a chiropractic adjustment to realign the foot. Having a good arch in the shoes you wear can help.
I would go in to see a sports chiropractor or a chiropractor that is CCEP certified or one that you know does work on extremities. It is not required to be CCEP certified to work on extremities, but if you do not know many chiropractors in your area, then that is a good place to start. The chiropractor will be able to check the alignment of the bones in the foot, and there are 26 bones in each foot, so there may be more than one bone causing the problem. They would also be able to give you stretches and exercises to continue to do at home.
Great question! If it is misaligned a chiropractor can re align depending
Realigning the foot is not possible unless done by a professional as it requires delicate and precise adjustments of the bones. If you are talking about straightening your foot out because it is facing out, focus on the outer hip muscles that are responsible for foot flare. This can include squats and lateral hip raises.
See a doctor of chiropractic that offers Foot Levelers custom orthotics. These are the best on the market. A computerized scan is performed on each foot and it is designed specifically for the type of shoe that you wear. I suggest you get it designed for the shoes that you wear at least 80% of the time because they are not interchangeable with different ones. This month, I believe the company is running a special buy one pair and the second is half price. I have been wearing them myself for the last 6 years and have only had to replace them once. Excellent product. We recommend them to all of our patients. www.footlevelers.com

That is not your job. You see a chiropractor for that.
The best way is to go see a chiropractor. The chiropractor will hopefully be able to identify what problems you are having by taking a history and doing an examination.
A chiropractor in trained in helping the bodies natural ability to heal and restore function. In order to know what exactly is going on with your foot it would need to be obsessed.
See a doctor, don't try on your own.
I do not recommend attempting to realign your own foot as you may make problems worse. I recommend going to a professional such as a Chiropractor to assess your foot and align it if necessary.
