“if your kidney is shriveled are you missing the adrenal gland that goes on it?”
I was born with one normal kidney and one dysplastic one. I'm just wondering if I have two adrenal glands or not, and if that might be the root of my mental issues. I know dopamine is made in the adrenal glands so I was just thinking and this came to mind.

Not necessarily about 83% adrenal is present.
The good news is the adrenal gland comes from a different embryologic origin. Therefore your adrenal gland is still intact.
