Severe muscle soreness?

Hello! Yesterday after working out, I noticed a mild pain in my thighs. Over time, that pain has become so bad that I can barely walk. It is important to note that I suffer from Anorexia. I took a look at my urine, and it's normal color, but I know this isn't normal muscle soreness. This is so bad I can't even straighten my leg without a sharp aching-pain shooting through it. I would just like to know- Is this a sign of muscle deterioration? And if it is, can I lose my legs from this?

Compartment leg pain.
Good to look at urine so unlikely what is called rhabdomyolysis. Would worry about stress fracture if mainly one side. There are multiple other less likely causes. Unlikely you will loose leg. Suggest you be evaluated soon. Somethings can progress rapidly. Good luck
