“thrush treatment”
Hi! I recently started my anti retroviral treatment 3 months ago after my results came back reactive with HIV. Oral candida/thrush started developing but have been treating it with tablets and suspension but it keeps growing instead of disappearing. Can it be treated ? If so how long?

Have you tried Nystatin mouthwash? Combined with phisohex should do the trick. If not, see an infectiologist, as your immune system may be close to shutting down. Some people get that fast with HIV infection.
