What are the best vitamins for children's immune system?

My son is 8 years old. I want to know what are the best vitamins for children's immune system?

The answer is very complex. Almost all vitamins and minerals participate in some way in our ability to fight off infections and keep us safe. There is no one that is “better” or “more important” than another. Our overall immune system is composed of many different mechanisms to keep us safe, so the best answer I can give you is for your kid to eat a balanced, healthy diet high in fresh fruits and vegetables, to get good sleep at night, and to practice good hygiene. Taking a vitamin and/or mineral supplement will do nothing to “strengthen” your kids immune system. Unless your child has special dietary needs, such as a kid with Crohn’s disease or Cystic Fibrosis, then taking a supplement is quite frankly a waste of your money. Your kid’s immune system will work just fine. (There are exceptions in the case of an inherited immune disorder.)

For an otherwise healthy and appropriately grown child, the only vitamin that is recommended is vitamin D -- at least 600 IU daily. If your child has an unusual nutrition regimen, such as vegan or keto, then other nutritional supplements may be indicated. Probiotics, while not "vitamins," are an important adjunct to strengthen GI and immune health. A good children's multivitamin with iron is likely a good choice.

If your son is having a balance diet every day, rich in vegetables and with a glass of milk, then he is having all the vitamins for his immune system, if that is not the case any multivitamins with trace minerals will be enough, be sure to buy your vitamin from a well know company.
Regular multivitamins are good, which have vitamin c
