Talk to your doctor and get one of the long acting NSAIDS prescription for your chronic back pains besides getting the work up to check reason for such pain.
Rather than recommending a medication to a young person with chronic pain, I would definitely like to get to the root cause of your pain and start with lifestyle modification which should include an anti-inflammatory diet, adequate sleep, nutrients that reduce inflammation such as omega 3 fatty acids of marine or plant origin, correction of vitamin D deficiency if present, magnesium and curcumin. After appropriate diagnostic imaging, it may be very beneficial to consider non invasive pain management such as dynamic neuromodulation.
