“When is a whole body CT scan needed for kids?”
My son feels sore all the time and they've done multiple tests to find out why. But now they want him to have a whole body CT scan, and I don't understand why. Is this really necessary?

Tough to answer. Usually no, but if all other tests are negative, negative may be useful. I would talk to your doctor.
