6. Pain during sex
While the pain caused by ovarian cancer, tends to not be affected by movement, it can be affected by intercourse. For some women, the only pain associated with ovarian cancer occurs while they are having sex. Just like generic pelvic pain, it will likely be to either side of the pelvis.
Occasional pain during intercourse may be caused by a lack of lubrication or other causes. If it continues for several weeks, then talk to your doctor.
