Limiting depression and anxiety is possible
If you don't have any family or friends and are feeling depressed or anxious, don't despair just yet. There are ways to fight depression, anxiety, and resentment besides just a support system. Pick up old hobbies or learn new ones. Find the joys of life whenever you can. Exercise regularly if you can as it can help to relieve happy hormones to adjust your mood. Exercise has also been proven to physically benefit women who are going through cancer treatment.
Love yourself despite everything you're going through and don't forget to listen to your own emotional needs besides just the medical ones.
