Electromagnetic fields from power lines have been blamed for breast cancer, along with many other illnesses we don’t fully understand. It’s probably because power lines and electromagnetic fields are such alien concepts in our daily life. We tend to imagine these unknown forces as harmful to our bodies. However, at least two studies have failed to make the connection, so there is no scientific evidence to support this idea.
