Get to know Dentist Dr. Kevin K. Christensen, who serves patients in Harrison, Arkansas.

Creating beautiful smiles, Dr. Christensen is the President & CEO of Rock Springs Dental, PLLC in Harrison, Arkansas.

Rock Springs Dental, PLLC encompasses all that modern dentistry has to offer, including a comprehensive list of general, restorative and cosmetic dental services to meet the needs of the whole family. The dental practice’s goal is to assist each patient in achieving and maintaining long term dental health and a beautiful smile. Some of the services provided include: cleanings & exams, dental implants, porcelain veneers, root canal treatment, dentures & partials, teeth whitening, tooth colored fillings, porcelain crowns, dental emergencies, and additional services.

Born in St. Joseph, Missouri, Dr. Christensen studied and earned his undergraduate degree at Friends University and he also did some studying at Wichita State University. At length, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2003.

From March 2004 until June 2016, he served as CEO & President of his own private practice in Wichita, Kansas; and as president of the Wichita District Dental Society from 2011 until 2012. 

Regularly going above the regular required hours of continuing education, Dr. Christensen enjoys making sure that he stays on top of the latest developments in dentistry. Currently, he is a member of the American Dental Association.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries, create beautiful smiles, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.

When Dr. Christensen is not in the office, he can be seen fishing, hunting, scuba diving, and taking pictures. Of all the things he does, he loves photography more than any of his other hobbies. 

Happily married, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie Christensen, and his step-son, Ryan.
