Arianna Huffington Is Changing Sleep One Snooze at a Time

Sleep promotes a sharpened memory and practical skills

An associate professor at NYU Langone Medical Center has noted that sleep sharpens memory and promotes practical skills. Moreover, sleep also spurs creative juices as it allows the brain to reorganize thoughts and ideas better, which results in more creativity and ingenuity.
