Initially you will just be involved in ankle pumps and heel slides, that shoule progress to abdominal contractions, heel raises, wall squats, leg raises, hamstring, hip flexor and piriformis stretches. At the end there is a set of spine stabilization program. They are all combined with aerobic exercices.
