Fibromyalgia: Getting Past the Fatigue

More about fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is essentially classified by widespread pain felt by patients, most commonly in their joints.  It is important to note that the term “widespread” normally takes into account of both sides of the patient's body.  In the United States alone, over 3 million cases of fibromyalgia are reported each year.  At this current time, the painful condition can be helped through the use of treatment, but cannot completely be cured.  Most doctors will recommend consistent exercising regimens, normally consisting of low impact physical activity.
