To connect with others who are also dealing with MS, locate and look to them for support. If there are no support groups in your area, seek out online groups and blogposts (such as Teresa’s) to get support and encouragement. By sharing with others, many spirits are lifted. Yes, there is strength in numbers. Above all, choose an option where you feel safe and valued.
