If you have multiple sclerosis, then the rules change a little bit. That amount of stress on your body is no longer a good thing. It can lead to inflammation and exacerbate your symptoms. But if you warm up properly and slowly increase your amount of exercise, then end before your body is fatigued, the benefits from exercise ease your symptoms.

People with multiple sclerosis tend to overheat more quickly than most people who exercise, so you should pay attention to your body. If you start to feel warm or your skin gets flushed, take a break, drink some water (sip, do not chug), and relax so you do not push yourself.

But what if your mobility is limited due to advanced multiple sclerosis? Does this hold true then?
