Being mindful of your own symptoms and habits can be helpful. Your provider will want to know about your sleep quality (if you have a partner ask for his or her opinion on if they have heard strange things such as you gasping in your sleep). Being extremely fatigued or tired during the day are other symptoms that your provider should know about. Do not just assume that it is a part of the MS that cannot be treated.
