She stresses that this is not an issue of profitability or "the bottom line," but how a company can give back. Not only that, but she says that the positive feedback is all the reward they need.
She explains, "it was the right thing to do, the feedback is overwhelming. I had one customer say, 'We drove 45 minutes, and I'll be here every month because it was such a positive experience.'"
