“Abdominal pain after arousal?”

I experience chronic bilateral lower abdominal pain and pain right above my pubic bone every time after I have a prolonged erection or arousal, and often after ejaculation. The pain will last for days, weeks, and sometimes months. I also have a weak urine stream and occasionally have pain on one side of my lower penis. I've been to many doctor specialties with no diagnosis or treatment now for several decades. The pain is anywhere from dull to pressure/aching pain. It is best described as feeling like I was hit in the crotch and the pain that is felt that radiates to the abdomen. What can possibly cause this?
