“Am I having a miscarriage?”
I recently missed my depo shot appointment so recently got my period that I have been on for two weeks now and last night these two tissue substance came out as I removed a tampon and had never seen anything like that before. And I wanted to know if it was normal or if I need to go see a doctor?

I would do a home pregnancy test. If the test is negative, I would feel the tissue present is from the progesterone of the Depo-provera.
I would recommend that you see a doctor for an appropriate evaluation.
