“Am I still pregnant?”
I am pregnant but I bleed on Monday and I had stomach cramps for a few hours but then stopped I don't know whether I am still pregnant or not I took a pregnancy test and it showed 1 strong line and one fainted line, I have cramps, nauseous feeling sick and no appetite.

Have a blood test which is accurate and see your dr.
It is possible that you underwent a miscarriage if you had heavy vaginal bleeding. Consult your OBGyn so they can confirm the miscarriage. If you had no prior ultrasound and nothing is seen on the scan the day you go to your doctor then pregnancy hormone (hcg) level can be checked.

From your narrative here are few possibilities: You may be early stage of your pregnancy or 2. You might be on the verge or a miscarriage. My recommendation; visit with your OB to follow you closely with serial draw of your HCG's together with pelvic ultrasounds and both of you will be able to determine your pregnancy status.
