Ash in eye?

Ash got into the eye, can't tell if it's ash stuck on the brown middle of the eye or a burned surface of the eye.

Seek help from a professional
Please see an eyecare professional ASAP or go to Urgent Care.
Start with using artificial tears every hour and see if this helps. If there no scratchiness or foreign body sensation then it may just be a freckle on the iris that you are seeing and not ash. If you do the tears and it still feels scratchy then you may need to see your local eye doctor for a check.
You need an exam by a qualified professional to determine what is going on.

Dear Ash in the eye,

If you have significant discomfort, then epithelium of the cornea may be abraded. If the irritation lasts for more than a little while and you can see something on the cornea, then you should see an Ophthalmologist immediately.
Hi,

I am sorry. If your eye bothers you and is red, most likely, you have the ash in your eye. Happy to see you at Bascom Palmer.
