As long as you are passing them and there is no pain, you can hydrate at home 2 Liters of water a day, 2 gm sodium diet.
This should be evaluated. You should talk to ur family physician, and needs tests like urine analysis, renal function, imaging studies like kidney ultrasound. May need to see a urologist to look into your urinary bladder. Depending on the above test results, may need to see a urologist or nephrologist.

You will need further work-up to determine exact cause of blood in urine. Kidney stones are one of the several causes of blood in urine. Your doctor will do further tests including blood test, urine test, ultrasound of kidney or even CT scan, if needed, to find the exact cause. Please schedule an appointment to see your doctor for a work-up.
