There are many potential causes from hemorrhoids to diverticulosis to ulcers to arteriovenous malformations to fissures to colon cancer. The first step is to find out what is causing yours.
There are many causes, but the most common by far is hemorrhoids, followed by anal fissure (if pain is present). Other less likely things are polyps, various bleeding lesions in the colon, tumors, etc. Most bloody stools are evaluated by a colonoscopy to try to locate a source.
This seems serious and cannot be discussed here. Please see a physician ASAP.
