COVID-19 vaccine - 2 boosters after J&J?

I received a J&J COVID-19 vaccine in May and a Pfizer booster in November. Should I get a second Pfizer shot for full protection? I know there is no formal CDC/FDA recommendation on this, but medically is there any downside to getting the second Pfizer shot now? Thanks

Although not part of the guidelines, I think it's ok to receive a second dose.
There is no medical downside to this, but there is no data on efficacy or interval. I do personally favor getting 2 doses of an mRNA after J&J. The big issue is that it will not be under the EUA for boosters, so you will have to get Pfizer where it can be given under the full FDA approval that allows off label use. Not a significant issue, but a logistics detail. You may run into some pharmacies or vaccine centers that will not vaccinate outside the EUA rules.
