Calf injury?

I took a bad fall a month ago going over on my left ankle. Since then I have had pain in my left calf at the back. In the last 8 days or so, the pain has been getting worse and seems to be spreading into my knee and upper leg. I also have lower back pain/hip pain on the same side. I have been icing my leg for 20 minutes every 2 hours for 48 hours and still no change, and painkillers are not helping either.

Could be torn Achilles. Get help.
You need firstly to get a venous duplex ultrasound to insure you don't have a blood clot, which is a potentially life-threatening problem. Then you have to see a foot and ankle specialist to have an MRI scheduled in order to see what damage you may have done in your injury and how it needs to be taken care of medically.
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for evaluation and treatment options
You may have herniated a disc. It sounds like you now have nerve root pain. I advise seeing an orthoaedic specialist.

Please get an evaluation from an orthopedic MD immediately.. You should also have an ultrasound test in my opinion to make sure you did not have a blood clot behind your leg. Do this urgently. Happy to help out but this needs to be seen and it’s not appropriate for online medical advice
May be sciatica. See an orthopedic spine surgeon.
