In my opinion, yes. You are only wearing each aligner for a few weeks, so any possible micro-scratches would not be an issue.

yes, you can
No toothpaste contains (depending on the brand) different sizes of abrasive particles. Those particles will micro scratch your aligner making it cloudy, and prone to discoloration and stench. There are other products on the market intended for aligner hygiene.
If you do you will remove the glossy outer finish because of the abrasive in tooth paste. Try just brushing with liquid dish soap, or soak in a standard denture cleaning bath.
