The main ingredients in Mucinex: guaifenesin, dextromethorphan, and pseudoephedrine are generally considered safe during pregnancy after the first trimester (about 14 weeks). But it should still be used only sparingly when needed,so for a few days to get over cold symptoms should be okay.
