Can a shoulder impingement be fixed?

I have shoulder impingement. Can a shoulder impingement be fixed?

It can absolutely be fixed. If you were a patient at my clinic, I would have you undergo a trial of conservative care (4-6 visits) with chiropractic and physical therapy before ordering an X-ray. In certain cases, arthritic change to the acromion (the very edge of your shoulder) can impede muscle function and in that case surgery would be a viable option, followed with physical therapy!
It can, just depends. wish I can give you a better answer
You will need to find a Doctor to examine your shoulder, and most likely it can be fixed.
Yes, please find a chiropractor who can fix this. I do it all the time at my office. It's not fun to be in pain, please take care of this soon.
