Can hand nerve damage be fixed without surgery?

I have hand nerve damage and I want to treat it. Can hand nerve damage be fixed without surgery?

Depends on how bad the damage is and the cause of damage
If there is compression or impulse blocking by scar tissue then surgery is usually recommended. If it’s a closed injury like a crush or bruises splinting followed by therapy.
This is a tough question “nerve damage” is variable and certainly there are different types of nerve injuries. Having said that conservative therapy or Nonsurgical treatment of nerve injuries includes rest, splinting, icing, and physical therapy. If the nerve has been severed, then surgery will be necessary to rejoin the disconnected ends and restore function.
