I will have retinal surgery. Can you ride a car after retinal surgery?

If you have retinal surgery with a gas bubble placed inside your eye. You need to keep your head in a certain position usually head down for several weeks. You can do normal bathroom and making your food but at all other times as much as possible you need to have your head down.
Yes. If you have a gas bubble it is contraindicated to travel by airplane.
