please, can you explain to me what does lymphoplasmatoid cells found in my blood film mean? I have free kappa and kappa/lambda ratio increased as well, bone marrow overgrowth with white blood cells and megakariocytes of all stages of maturity and morphology(including micromegakaryocytes .
