Chest and back pain?

I am a 29 year old male. I’ve had a tightness in my chest and a pain in my back that feels nerve-related for about the last week. I had one day last week when I was nauseous, dizzy, lightheaded, and had cold sweats. I went to a doctor that day and was told I might have pneumonia and was prescribed antibiotics. I’ve just used all 5 days of antibiotics and still have pain in my back and chest. Will this pain go away soon or could it be something else?

May be stomach related. Reflux, esophageal spasm and Peptic ulcer disease could be the issue.
Sorry you're still having symptoms, however, you don't say if they are constant, or vary with breathing, or position. You certainly need a chest X-ray, if you haven't had one. You also need an EKG, and a good physical exam. I don't know if you have any significant medical history, but any chest discomfort that doesn't improve within a few days is of concern. Please see a physician who can do a complete exam.
