“Covid and rsv?”
I tested positive for covid yesterday, I'm 21 years old. My dad is freaking out because I had bad rsv when I was a baby. Is it a big deal or am I fine?

Covid 19 infections are a serious health concern. Your ability to maintain your good health depends on your pre-morbid or pre-scik health? What are your underlying health problems? Do you support your immune system with the proper nutrition, nutrients/supplements, water, sleep, exercise, meditation? Long Haul Covid syndrome can occur in people with mild and severe infections. You need continued monitoring. Are you vaccinated?
