My 2 year old daughter tested positive 6 days ago for covid as of today she is negative but she still have a lot of mucus in her nose and still have a cough is that normal should I be concerned

Unlikely a concern. The testing does not correlate with symptoms necessarily. If she becomes more ill or has a fever, then i would recommend another evaluation however.
this sounds normal as it takes weeks to get over the covid virus. Symptomatic treatment is about all you can do. If new or worsening symptoms occur, she should see her pediatrician.
