Your symptoms need evaluated and your treatment reappraised
As long as autoimmune diseases and infectious causes of arthritis have been ruled out, the best treatment is exercise. Go to PT first and then keep it up. Also, use UBQH 100mg in the morning, Boswellia 400mg 3-4 times a day, Flaxoil 3 times a day. I do not like calcium tablets because there was a study suggesting that the calcium can line your blood vessels and promote atherosclerosis. Either get calcium from food (1200-1500mg a day) or take a delayed release calcium. Also, I never do ONLY 25D levels. You must ask for a 1,25D level as well.
You might consider another rheumatology opinion for your current diagnosis
Hello!

Thanks so much for your question. There are only three drugs currently approved to treat fibromyalgia: cymbalta, savella, and lyrica. Many other medications are used like muscle relaxants, elavil, anti-inflammatory medications, and tramadol. Other processes can cause this pain, like issues with the neck itself. It is best to see a rheumatologist and an orthopedist to decide what is causing the pain and the best way to treat it.
Thanks so much! Good luck!

Best regards,
You need to be examined by a rheumatologist to see if this is joint pain or non-joint pain. Many other diseases are found in non-joint areas, such as hypertrophic osteoarthropathy, tendonitis, psoriatic arthritis, and reactive arthritis.
