“Do I have a bug?”
Every time I eat I feel sick, I have a tight stomach but I'm not running a fever or throwing up. This has been going on for a week now. I don't take any medication for it.

You may have had a gastrointestinal infection that is making you hypersensitive to ingested food. If you don't get better in a few days then see a PCP or GI specialist.
