“Do I have an impacted bowel”
I have been constipated for the last few days except I am able to pass some stool at times. It comes out as small, slippery pieces like the size of M&Ms and some float but most don't. I took milk of magnesia and it made me pass a lot of watery loose stool out but I still feel a lot of bloating and weight in my abdomen about 12 hours later. Could I have a fecal impaction deeper inside of my bowels?

Unlikely. Keep using laxatives to have regular stools. This should prevent any possibility of an impaction.
